Before Pixie Brand Studio, I spent years in customer service - most recently as a Customer Service Director, leading teams and looking after people for the best part of four years. I learned a lot about what makes a business feel good to deal with: clear communication, genuine care, and someone who actually has your back.
But design was always the thing I kept being drawn back to - the work that never quite felt like work. And when my circumstances changed and I needed more flexibility in how and when I worked, it felt like the right moment to change direction and finally build something of my own.
So I brought the two together: the creative side I've always been passionate about, and the customer-service know-how I'd spent years building and turning this into a studio that helps small businesses look the part and feel properly supported. In October 2024, Pixie Brand Studio was born.
Everything I do comes back to one thing: making your business feel calmer and more you. No jargon, no pressure, no chasing trends that'll feel dated in six months - just thoughtful design and steady support, built around where you actually are. And you don't need to have it all figured out before we start. That's honestly my favourite part: we'll work it out together.

When I'm not at my desk, you'll usually find me at the gym or out for a good walk somewhere around Horsham, here in Sussex. I run almost entirely on strong cups of tea - there's always one on the go, with the occasional chocolate bar thrown in for good measure. It's the little things.
