My Story
From leading teams to building brands
Before Pixie Brand Studio, I spent years in customer service - most recently as a Customer Service Director, leading teams and looking after people. I learned a lot about what makes a business feel good to deal with: clear communication, genuine care, and someone who actually has your back.
But design was always the thing I kept being drawn back to - the work that never quite felt like work. And when my circumstances changed and I needed more flexibility, it felt like the right moment to finally build something of my own.
So I brought the two together: the creative side I've always been passionate about, and the customer-service know-how I'd spent years building. In October 2024, Pixie Brand Studio was born.
