Refund & Cancellation Policy

Pixie Brand Studio

At Pixie Brand Studio, all branding and design services are bespoke and created specifically for each client. For this reason, the following refund terms apply.

Deposits

All service deposits are non-refundable.

A deposit secures your project start date within the studio calendar and compensates for preparation time, scheduling and initial administrative work. Once a deposit has been paid, your booking is confirmed and studio time is allocated exclusively to your project.

Deposits are not transferable to other services.


Remaining Balances

The remaining balance for your service is invoiced separately and must be paid before design work begins.

Once the final balance has been paid and work has commenced, payments are non-refundable due to the custom and digital nature of the services provided.


Cancellations

If you choose to cancel your project after paying the deposit but before completing final payment, your deposit will not be refunded.

If you cancel after full payment has been made but before work has commenced, a partial refund may be issued at the studio’s discretion, minus the non-refundable deposit.

If work has already begun, no refunds will be provided.


Digital Products & Audits

Due to the digital nature of audits, reports and design files, once delivered, these items are non-refundable.


Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content and timely communication throughout the project. Delays in communication do not qualify for refunds.
